At Kiwi & Co, we want you to love your new look, but if something isn't quite right, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a refund or exchange. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn and with all tags still attached.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Package Your Items

Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels remain attached to the garments.

Ship It Back

Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
